What is healthy lifestyle? A healthy lifestyle is a way of living that lower a risk of ill and dying. Not all disease can be prevent but some of it can be avoided. Scientific studies have identified certain types of behaviour that contribute to the development of noncommunicable diseases and early death.. Health is not just about avoid disease. It is also about physical, mental and social wellbeing.

Healthy living is about taking responsibility for you decisions and making smart health choice for today and for the future.

A healthy lifestyle is a resource for reducing the health problems, for recovery etc. What we do in everyday life will affect our health such as what we eat and drink, how much exercise we take. It is very important if you want to live a long life with a small chance of health problems such as disease.


Tips and trick for Healthy Lifestyle

1.Get up early and plan your day right









The reason to wake up early is to reduce stress levels. When you get up early, it eliminates the need to rush around, and you have time to relax and plan your day before it start.

2.Start your day with a shake of champion

Breakfast is the most controversial meal of the day. Breakfast can boost your energy level and improve mood and also get a nutrient that will improve your health.

3. Drink water

Drinking water to metabolize fat to lose weight. Drink a glass of water before meal helps you to control how much you eat which will aid in keeping weight in range. It also help to protect the stomach wall from the harmful effects of digestive acids.

4.Eat slowly

Eating slow mean that you will achieve better digestion, you will more easily feel when you are getting full instead of eating to the point of feeling sick, and you will substantially enjoy your meals more.

5.Go outside and play

Outdoor training is a fantastic way to get in touch with nature element around us which help you to improve your mood and exercise in a fun way.

6.Stop smoking

Smoking will harm your body and will start to get some disease such as heart attack and many other disease easily. Stop smoking now will make your body to function better.


My Healthy lifestyle
In my everyday life I have a healthy lifestyle. I like to eat healthy food but sometimes I ate too much but I usually exercise outside with my neighbor so I having a healthy lifestyle. I don't like smoke and always avoid when someone nearby smoke or invite. I would like everyone to have a healthy lifestyle by eating a healthy food and exercise everyday. It will make everyone's day better with no disease.
